* Assist in documenting and refining operational methods and procedures to support evolving business needs.
 * Coordinate components of systems and automation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
 * Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and end-user support for new system implementations and enhancements.
 * Coordinate closely with IT project managers to support the execution of roadmaps for system integration and automation initiatives.
 * Act as a key point of contact for Operations end-users and IT project managers on assigned system and automation projects, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
 * Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, tools, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
 * Contribute to change management activities, including coordination of training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
 * Help ensure that global systems and automation initiatives meet established quality, sustainability, and performance standards.
