This role provides day-to-day operational support for both Windows and Linux server platforms while ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security across enterprise systems. The Senior Systems Engineer will lead and support infrastructure initiatives involving virtualization platforms, storage systems, automation, disaster recovery, and cloud-integrated technologies. This position requires strong technical expertise, project leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to deliver reliable and innovative IT solutions that support Penske's business operations. The role includes participation in after-hours support, maintenance windows, and on-call rotation responsibilities.
