Education

 * High school diploma or equivalent required.
 * Business school certification or an Associate degree is preferred but not required.

## Description

The Vendor Master Data Support Specialist will support the Supplier Onboarding team with day-to-day vendor master data activities. This position will focus on reviewing, analyzing, cleansing, and maintaining supplier information to ensure vendor records are accurate, complete, and up to date., * Support the Supplier Onboarding team with daily administrative and vendor management activities.

 * Review and analyze information within the existing vendor master database.
 * Perform detailed data reviews to identify opportunities to cleanse, correct, and enrich vendor master data.
 * Review supplier ordering addresses and remove outdated or unnecessary addresses when appropriate.
 * Identify inactive vendors and update or block inactive vendor records accordingly.
 * Assist with bank confirmations related to vendor changes.
 * Verify vendor information for accuracy and completeness.
 * Maintain organized and accurate vendor records while meeting established deadlines.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve vendor data discrepancies and support efficient supplier onboarding processes.
