## About the Role

This role combines enterprise program leadership with deep MarTech expertise and requires experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud solutions across complex, large-scale organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of program leadership, stakeholder management, and experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, personalization, digital experience, and customer engagement platforms.

Required Experience

 * 15+ years of technology delivery, program management, or portfolio leadership experience.
 * Proven success leading complex enterprise programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
 * Experience delivering MarTech, Digital Experience, Personalization, Customer Engagement, or Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives.
 * Strong experience with:

 * Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
 * Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
 * Adobe Target

Experience managing program scope, financials, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive communications.

Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and Business organizations.

Strong Agile delivery experience.

Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Experience

 * SAFe experience including:

 * PI Planning
 * Agile Release Trains (ART)
 * Release Management

Adobe Campaign

Adobe Analytics

Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or other regulated industry experience.

Experience with personalization, omnichannel experiences, digital transformation, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.

PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certifications.
