## About the Role

Vous justifiez d'une première expérience de 1 à 2 ans minimum en support informatique, idéalement en support de proximité.
Vous maîtrisez notamment, Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se), réactif(ve) et avez un bon sens du service.
Une bonne communication et un bon relationnel sont indispensables pour ce poste.

## Description

Vous serez en charge du support de proximité et de la préparation des postes de travail.
Vos principales missions

 * Assurer le support informatique de proximité de niveau 1 auprès des utilisateurs.
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels.
 * Préparer, installer et masteriser les postes de travail.
 * Installer et configurer les équipements informatiques.
 * Réaliser les interventions directement auprès des utilisateurs.
 * Assurer le suivi des incidents et demandes via l'outil de ticketing.
 * Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation de leur environnement informatique.
 * Respecter les procédures et les consignes de sécurité du client., * Windows 10/11
 * Préparation et masterisation de postes
 * Installation et configuration de matériel informatique
 * Diagnostic et résolution d'incidents N1
 * Support utilisateurs de proximité
