## About the Role

Une base technique solide en systèmes et réseaux : titre professionnel TSSR, BTS SIO ou SN, ou l'équivalent acquis sur le terrain

 - L'envie de parler aux clients. Une bonne partie du métier consiste à expliquer simplement quelque chose de compliqué

 - De la rigueur dans le suivi : un ticket qu'on oublie, c'est un client qui rappelle

 - Le permis B, indispensable pour les interventions sur site

Ce qui est un plus, pas un prérequis :

 - Une première expérience en support, en infogérance ou chez un opérateur

 - Des notions de virtualisation, de pare-feu ou de vidéosurveillance IP

 - Un homelab, des projets perso, tout ce qui montre que la technique vous intéresse en dehors des heures de bureau

Le poste est ouvert aux profils qui ont les bases mais pas encore l'expérience terrain. Nous pouvons faire précéder l'embauche d'une formation préalable au recrutement en interne, financée par France Travail, avec un tuteur dédié, pour vous mettre à niveau sur nos environnements clients et nos outils avant la signature du CDI. Rattaché à Olivier, notre Responsable Technique, vous êtes le premier interlocuteur de nos clients quand quelque chose ne fonctionne plus. Votre travail : qualifier, diagnostiquer, résoudre, et documenter.

Support niveau 0

 - Réception des appels, courriels et tickets

 - Qualification et priorisation selon la criticité

 - Premier diagnostic, suivi et clôture dans notre outil

 - Escalade des incidents complexes

Support niveau 1

 - Téléphonie IP et mobile : pannes, paramétrages, softphones, autocommutateurs

 - Réseaux LAN, WAN et Wi-Fi : connectivité, adressage, switchs, VPN

 - Postes de travail : Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, antivirus, impression

 - Accès internet : fibre, 4G et 5G, routeurs, pare-feu

 - Vidéosurveillance IP : caméras, enregistreurs, supervision

 - Interventions à distance et sur site, maintenance préventive, base de connaissances
