## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare IT-/wirtschaftliche Qualifikation

Verhandlungsgeschick, Für ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen suchen wir einen Product Owner Salesforce CRM / IT-Projektmanager (m/w/d), der die Weiterentwicklung der Salesforce-Plattform sowie unternehmensweite Digitalisierungs- und IT-Projekte verantwortet.

Die Rolle verbindet Product Ownership, Business Analyse und IT-Projektmanagement. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Management, IT und externen Implementierungspartnern sorgen Sie dafür, dass Anforderungen strukturiert aufgenommen, priorisiert und in nachhaltige Salesforce-Lösungen überführt werden. Dabei übernehmen Sie sowohl konzeptionelle als auch koordinierende Aufgaben und gestalten aktiv die Digitalisierung des Unternehmens.

Deine Tätigkeiten

 * Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der Salesforce-Plattform
 * Erstellung und Steuerung der Produkt-Roadmap sowie Pflege des Product Backlogs
 * Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen
 * Erstellung von Epics, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
 * Leitung und Steuerung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
 * Analyse und Optimierung von CRM-, Vertriebs- und Geschäftsprozessen
 * Identifikation von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Stakeholdern, IT und externen Partnern
 * Planung und Begleitung von Releases sowie Koordination von User Acceptance Tests
 * Sicherstellung von Zeit-, Qualitäts- und Budgetzielen
 * Administration und Konfiguration der Salesforce-Plattform
 * Moderation von Workshops und Anforderungsrunden
 * Erstellung von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Dokumentationen
 * Begleitung von Change-Management-Maßnahmen
