## Description

* Beratung bei der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung von SAFe-Prozessen innerhalb eines Agile Release Trains
 * Vorbereitung, Moderation und Optimierung zentraler SAFe-Zeremonien wie PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos und Inspect & Adapt Workshops
 * Analyse und Verbesserung von Governance-Strukturen, Rollenmodellen und Wertströmen
 * Identifikation und Auflösung teamübergreifender Abhängigkeiten, Risiken und Impediments
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Steuerung von Epics, Features und PI Objectives
 * Beratung des ART-Managements bei übergreifenden Abstimmungen und Governance-Themen
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen, Dashboards und Reporting-Strukturen (Jira / Agile Hive)
 * Coaching und Enablement von Product Ownern, Scrum Mastern, Product Management und weiteren Stakeholdern
