## Description

Du bist ab Beginn an ein vollwertiges Mitglied der IT-Abteilung und wirst die gesamte praktische Ausbildung durch unsere motivierten Ausbilder begleitet. In der gesamten Zeit lernst du die DKMS als Organisation mit ihren vielfältigen Geschäftsfeldern und Abläufen kennen. Ergänzend zu der beruflichen Ausbildung bist du ca. 1-2 Tage pro Woche in der Berufsschule.

Deine fachliche Ausbildung teilt sich wie folgt auf:
Erstes und zweites Jahr

Umfassendes Onboarding, bspw. durch Teilnahme an unseren Orientierungstagen
Umfassender Einblick in moderne IT-Landschaften und praktische Erfahrungen in allen relevanten Themengebieten des Ausbildungsrahmenplans
Durchlauf durch Schwerpunktbereiche wie IT-Infrastruktur, Projekt- und Servicemanagement, IT-Security und Softwareentwicklung

Drittes Jahr:
Fokus auf den Schwerpunktbereich Infrastructure Management oder Application Services
Vertiefung deiner fachlichen Kenntnisse im entsprechenden Team
Übernahme eigener Verantwortung in Projekten
Gezielte Vorbereitung auf deine Abschlussprüfung und den Berufseinstieg
