As a Hardware Team Lead, you play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the hardware team and ensuring priorities, processes, and ways of working are clear, effective, and aligned with business goals. You help the team deliver reliable hardware solutions by bringing focus, planning, and consistency to the development process. Working closely with product management, project managers, systems engineering, software, quality, and external development partners, you ensure the team is organized, supported, and able to perform at its best. This role combines team coordination, delivery focus, process improvement, and some project management support. You create the conditions for strong execution while continuously improving how the team works together and with others.
