## About the Role

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, * Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.

 * 1+ years of experience with RF testing equipment.
 * 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and/or mechanical issues.
 * The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

 * Experience preparing and executing procedures.
 * Experience troubleshooting systems using general test equipment.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information.
 * Familiarity with National Instruments (NI) software tools, such as LabVIEW, TestStand, and NI MAX.
 * Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
 * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

## Description

* Interact with Test Operators, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, and operations staff to support production testing, requiring effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
 * Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to support production testing.
 * Assist with troubleshooting failures on CCAs by performing data analysis and visual inspections.
 * Identify trends in defects and collaborate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues in a timely manner to prevent future build process defects.
 * May participate in new test set builds.
 * Support test equipment coordination between internal customers.
 * Maintain and improve production test procedures as well as provide inputs on production procedures across the production floor.
 * Contribute to the integration of process improvements into production workflows.
