A Master's degree is highly preferred. * Over 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture or related leadership roles is highly desirable, with at least 5-7 years in enterprise architecture leadership demonstrating significant experience in guiding complex, global organizations. * Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations and modernizing enterprise platforms in a dynamic environment. * Extensive experience in defining and implementing enterprise architecture strategies, modern cloud architectures (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS), data analytics, AI/ML platforms, and enterprise integrations. * Strong business acumen with a track record of aligning technology strategy with business goals and influencing diverse stakeholder groups. * Prior domain knowledge in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is highly valued. VP, Enterprise Architecture is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and guiding the technology target state for CBRE. The leader will align technology strategy with business objectives, driving digital transformation, fostering innovation, and ensuring a robust, scalable, and secure enterprise architecture. The role demands "hands on" deep expertise in architecture, data, AI/ML, platform and cloud solutions, combined with exceptional leadership and people management skills.
