This role owns system configuration, technical documentation, and advanced issue resolution across integrated HRIS platforms, ensuring accurate, scalable, and compliant solutions. Partnering with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders, the analyst translates complex business requirements into functional and technical designs, assesses downstream system impacts, and supports highly integrated payroll and time processes.
