You can tell substance from theatre. * Product mindset and developer empathy: you can read a customer issue and go build the fix. Our stack is TypeScript and Node. * Strong communicator, proactive, and reliable in a remote-first environment. * Pragmatic, positive, and low ego: you step up in incidents and unblock teammates. * Startup-ready: autonomous, ownership-driven, and able to navigate ambiguity. * Based in North America, LATAM or Europe.
