RésuméLe Change Manager définit, met en ?uvre et conduit un projet pour garantir des résultats optimaux répondant aux exigences métiers validées par le commanditaire, en tenant compte de la qualité, des performances, du coût, du délai et de la sécurité.

Responsabilités : Validation quotidienne des demandes de changement.

Gestion des demandes urgentes.

Contrôle des livrables associés aux changements.

Suivi des changements critiques.

Production de tableaux de bord.

Analyse des indicateurs qualité.

Suivi des taux de réussite des changements.

Communication auprès du management.

Préparation des réunions CAB hebdomadaires.

Animation des réunions de gouvernance.

Diffusion des décisions et recommandations.

Must Haves : Méthodologie ITIL (Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management).

Gestion des risques et gestion de projet.
