## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, einer Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaft, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Testmanagement, in der Software-Qualitätssicherung oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise mit ISTQB-Zertifizierung
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Test- und ALM-Tools wie Polarion, Azure DevOps oder Jira
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich SPS-Systeme, vorzugsweise Siemens TIA Portal und WinCC
 * Verständnis kompleer Systemlandschaften mit enger Verzahnung von Software, Hardware, Automatisierung und Datenmanagement
 * Erfahrung mit agilen und klassischen Entwicklungsmodellen wie Scrum oder V-Modell sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse im Risikomanagement (FMEA)
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Verantwortung für das Testmanagement innerhalb anspruchsvoller Projekte im Umfeld kompleer Maschinen- und Systemlösungen
 * Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Testaktivitäten zur Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität in vernetzten IT-/OT-Systemlandschaften
 * Koordination der Testaktivitäten zwischen Softwareentwicklung, SPS-Programmierung, Engineering und IT sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partnern
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Testplänen, Testdokumentationen sowie Ressourcen- und Terminplanungen
 * Transparente Kommunikation des Teststatus sowie regelmäßiges Reporting gegenüber Projektleitung und Stakeholdern
 * Steuerung von Testautomatisierungsaktivitäten und gegebenenfalls Koordination externer Dienstleister
 * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Teststrategien, Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices innerhalb der Organisation
