## Description

Als 2nd Level Supporter (m/w/d) sind Sie Teil eines Teams, welches sich um die Betreuung der IT Systeme eines Industrieunternehmens kümmert., * installieren und konfigurieren Hard- und Software, führen Rollouts sowie Migrationen durch und leisten Hands & Eyes Support

 * analysieren und dokumentieren auftretende System- und Anwendungsfehler
 * bearbeiten eingehende Tickets innerhalb des 2nd Level Supports
 * fungieren als erster Ansprechpartner für technische Anfragen und bei der Lösung von Problemen
