 * Verständnis für Datenmodelle, Datenmapping, Fehlerbehandlung, Logging und Monitoring von Integrationen
 * Kenntnisse von ITIL-Prozessen und ServiceNow-Modulen, insbesondere Incident, Request, Change und CMDB, sind wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung mit Versionsverwaltung, Tests und technischer Dokumentation
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Konzeption, Entwicklung und Betrieb von Schnittstellen zwischen ServiceNow und externen Systemen
 * Umsetzung von Integrationen über REST APIs, Flow Designer und IntegrationHub
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse und Automatisierungen
 * Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden, Herstellern und internen Fachbereichen
 * Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Sicherheit, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Wartbarkeit der Integrationen
