## Description

Ausbildungsplatz in der Fachrichtung Anwendungsentwicklung an unserem Standort Frankfurt (Oder).

In dieser Ausbildung lernst Du, auf Kunden zugeschnittene Softwarelösungen zu entwickeln, Software zu erklären und Mitarbeiter eines Unternehmens zu schulen. Daneben sind kaufmännische Fähigkeiten wichtig: So müssen Leistungen kalkuliert und Kosten-Nutzen-Abwägungen getroffen werden. Des Weiteren ist der Kundenkontakt ein elementarer und fester Bestandteil des Berufs Kommunikationsstärke gehört also auch unbedingt dazu.

Im Rahmen der dualen Ausbildung finden im turnusmäßigen Wechsel die schulische Ausbildung am Oberstufenzentrum Spree-Neiße in Forst und der praktische Teil bei uns im Betrieb statt.

FiANTEC Provisionslösungen GmbH Als Profis für Provisions- und Vergütungsfragen beschäftigen wir uns mit der Entwicklung von Anwendersoftware für Finanzdienstleister. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Lösungen zur Provisionsabrechnung und Vertriebssteuerung für Banken, Sparkassen, Versicherungen und Finanzvertriebe. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden arbeiten wir ständig an Verbesserungen und suchen neue Lösungswege.
