## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Fundierte Erfahrungen mit Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Version 2402 und höher und Citrix Cloud (DaaS und Mulit Hybrid Betrieb) sowie Windows OS Server (2019 - 2025) plus Windows 11 25H2
 * Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in der Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Abläufen mit Hilfe von PowerShell oder anderen Werkzeugen
 * Selbstständige und analytische Arbeitsweise
 * Serviceorientierung und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Rufbereitschaft zur Sicherstellung des IT Betriebes

## Description

Zu unserem Wachstum und Erfolg trägt unsere über 300-Personen starke IT-Abteilung entscheidend bei. Dazu zählen neben der Software-Entwicklung die Steuerung und Vernetzung der IT-Systeme, die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Sicherheitsarchitektur, der gesamte IT-Betrieb aller im eigenen Rechenzentrum gehosteten Applikationen und Systeme sowie der IT-Support und die Organisation und Durchführung von IT-Strategieprojekten., n

 * Planung, Bereitstellung, Administration und operativer Betrieb der unternehmensweiten Citrix Infrastruktur im Bereich Cloud und OnPremise
 * Automatisierung und Troubleshooting aller Citrix Systeme in einer verteilten, vor allem virtuell abgebildeten Systemlandschaft
 * Planung und Durchführung von Neuinstallationen und Aufgaben im Rahmen des Life Cycle Management (Hotfixes, Patches, Upgrades, Release)
 * Mitwirkung in IT-Infrastrukturprojekten, von der Planung bis zur Einführung
 * Steuerung, Koordination und enger Austausch mit Partnern und Dienstleistern
 * Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben im 2nd/3rd Level Support
 * Weiterentwicklung des Monitorings der gesamten Systemlandschaft in enger Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Fachteams des IT-Betriebes
 * Erstellung und fortwährende Pflege der Betriebs- und Systemdokumentation
