## Description

* Betrieb, Administration und Monitoring von Firewall- und Security-Umgebungen in On-Premises- und Cloud-Szenarien
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und technischen Eskalationen im 2nd-Level-Support
 * Konfiguration und Administration von Firewalls, VPN-Verbindungen, Routing- und SD-WAN-Lösungen
 * Technische Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden inklusive Umsetzung von Changes und Optimierungen
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung angrenzender Netzwerk- und Security-Komponenten
 * Onboarding neuer Kundenumgebungen inklusive Dokumentation und Wissenstransfer
 * Mitarbeit an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung standardisierter Managed Services und Reporting-Lösungen
