## Description

? Pilotage du projet : Construire et gérer le plan de déploiement du site (préparation ? conception ? construction ? tests ? mise en production ? hypercare). Piloter les risques, les actions, les décisions et le reporting.

? Coordination : Être l?interface principale entre les équipes du site (Production, QA/Qualité, IT/OT) et le programme MES central. Gérer l?intégration SAP/MES/équipements ainsi que la préparation des données de référence (master data).

? Gestion du changement : Impliquer les SME (Subject Matter Experts / experts métier) et les Key Users (utilisateurs clés) du site, accompagner la formation, la communication et la transition des processus vers le fonctionnement cible.

? Conformité & validation : Garantir le respect des exigences GxP, du 21 CFR Part 11 et des principes d?intégrité des données (Data Integrity). Coordonner les UAT (tests d?acceptation utilisateur), la qualification, la documentation et le dossier de validation.

? Mise en production & support : Piloter le cutover (bascule vers le nouveau système), l?exécution du go-live (mise en production), la résolution des problèmes et la phase d?hypercare (accompagnement renforcé après le démarrage) jusqu?à stabilisation.
