## Description

The Scrum Master leads delivery across AI, application, and data engineering teams. This role

drives continuous improvement, reduces context switching, improves velocity, and supports

evolving methodologies (Scrum, RAD, XP). The Scrum Master ensures teams operate efficiently in a, * Facilitate all agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog

refinement

 * Build and maintain workflows for prioritization, acceptance criteria, UAT, and delivery readiness

 * Improve capacity planning and reduce context switching across engineering teams

 * Track risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines; produce reporting for engineering leadership

 * Partner with QA to ensure quality, reduce bugs, and prevent tech debt
