This role will partner with cross-functional teams to improve resilient systems, troubleshoot production issues, strengthen observability, and apply site reliability engineering best practices. In This Role, You Will * Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital/eCommerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, sprint goals, and release commitments. * Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Business, Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture, vendors, and offshore teams. * Drive Agile execution by facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. * Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, manage risks and blockers, and drive timely issue resolution across multiple workstreams. * Define and oversee quality engineering, test strategy, defect governance, release validation, and production readiness activities. * Lead automation adoption using Playwright and Java, while promoting API testing, CI/CD integration, and modern engineering best practices; Python experience is a plus. * Monitor delivery metrics, quality KPIs, resource utilization, deployments, and post-release support while mentoring teams on Agile and automation best practices.
