This person will help maintain, troubleshoot, automate and enhance Azure environments while supporting projects throughout the full lifecycle, including implementation, deployment, hypercare and operational transition. Day-to-Day * Act as the primary escalation point for Azure Level 2 support issues * Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, networking, security, and PaaS services * Partner with Level 1 and Level 3 support teams to resolve complex issues * Maintain Azure environments and automation tools * Support production deployments and hypercare activities * Create and maintain technical documentation * Participate in infrastructure planning and technical discussions * Implement Azure security best practices * Support infrastructure automation and operational improvements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
