Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to manage customer priorities, report status, and address technical considerations with senior leadership.

Systems Lifecycle Leadership: Demonstrated background guiding system integration, alternative analysis, and feasibility studies across complex software initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 10+ years of professional systems engineering experience OR Master's Degree in a related field, PLUS 8+ years of specialized systems engineering experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 14+ years of hands-on technical systems engineering, requirements management, and Agile project leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
