 * Excellent lesson planning skills with the ability to adapt content for diverse learning styles and levels
 * Experience in delivering online instruction effectively using various digital tools and platforms
 * Knowledge of computer networking concepts and web development best practices
 * Ability to work effectively with students of varying backgrounds while fostering an inclusive learning environment
 * Strong communication skills combined with patience and enthusiasm for teaching complex technical topics

## Description

* Design and deliver engaging lessons on topics such as programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, R), web development (HTML, CSS, React, Node.js, React Express), and networking fundamentals
 * Develop curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with educational standards and learner needs
 * Facilitate hands-on activities, practical exercises, and projects to reinforce theoretical concepts
 * Provide personalized tutoring and support to students working through technical challenges or coursework
 * Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar platforms to deliver online instruction effectively
 * Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement
