## About the Role

Do you have experience in Computer literacy?, Sales Experience That Drives Results
You have 1-3+ years of proven success in B2B inside sales with heavy cold-calling; prospecting, handling objections, getting past gatekeepers, and qualifying leads into real sales conversations. IT/MSP/technology services sales exposure is strongly preferred (or another consultative/service-based selling environment that translates well). This is not a fit for candidates whose experience is primarily retail/consumer product sales (e.g., mobile store-style selling).

Your Skill Set:

 * Comfortable navigating computers and fully proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
 * Bonus points for having a solid understanding of managed IT services or cybersecurity solutions, though we're happy to train the right candidate.
 * Hands-on experience with CRM/PSA platforms, Autotask experience is a strong plus.
 * Experience with lead generation platforms like ZoomInfo, Seamless.AI, or Leadfeeder.
 * You can manage multiple outreach campaigns, stay organized, and always keep the big picture in focus.
 * Familiarity with Google Ads and digital outreach strategies is a definite advantage.

## Description

Ready to turn cold outreach into real opportunities? As our Business Development Representative (BDR)/ISR, you'll be on the front lines of our lead-generation engine; sparking conversations, opening doors, and setting the stage for long-term client relationships. You'll proactively engage decision-makers (and the gatekeepers who protect them), qualify prospects, and partner with our Marketing and Sales teams to build a healthy, growing pipeline for GO2 Tech's IT services., * Cold calls and emails to prospective clients in target industries.

 * Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, sharing the value of GO2's services.
 * Assess inbound and outbound leads to determine their quality and readiness for engagement.
 * Assist with cold outreach via email, social media, and call scripts.
 * Work with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach and lead qualification.
 * Track and report outreach performance and conversion metrics.
 * Attend networking events to connect with potential clients.
