## About the Role

Experience in project management and leadership across IT and business functionsExperience managing, * 3+ years of experience in project management and leadership across IT and business functions.

 * Experience managing large, complex projects consisting of internal/external resources and labor/non-labor cost components.
 * Extensive knowledge of project management best practices including Waterfall, Agile, and SDLC methodologies and tools.
 * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and lead diverse project teams.
 * Proven ability to engage executive sponsors and key stakeholders with clarity and precision.
 * Experience with project cost management and resource capacity planning.
 * Strong business process analysis and process mapping skills.
 * Experience implementing change management approaches to support projects.
 * Experience assisting with development, training, and assignment of project team members.
 * Familiarity with the Energy industry is a plus.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 4 hours of PMM training prior to assuming the role.
 * 20 hours of ongoing professional training per year.
 * PMP certification preferred.
 * Agile certifications such as PSM or PSPO are a plus.
 * ITIL v3 or v4 certification is a plus.
