This role is ideal for someone with strong testing fundamentals, automation experience, and an interest in using AI-assisted tools to improve how testing is designed, executed, maintained, and analyzed. If you enjoy solving technical problems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you., * 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or a related role. * Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and QA best practices. * Experience developing,maintaining, or contributing to automated testing solutions, frameworks, or automation tooling. * Demonstrated ability toidentifymanual processes and translate them into scalable automation solutions. * Understanding ofautomation frameworks, automation architecture, and test lifecycle management. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working with defect tracking and test management systems. * Experience working within Agile software development teams. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Skills and Experience: * Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation platforms. * Experience withPractiTestor similar test management platforms. * Experience with Git or other source control systems. * Experience with C#, .NET, or other object-oriented programming languages used to develop automation tools, frameworks, or test solutions. * Experience testing desktop or enterprise software applications. * Experience troubleshooting complex software systems involving multiple applications, services, or hardware components. * Experience with Unity-based applications, simulations, gaming, or interactive software. * Experience testing software that interfaces with physical hardware, sensors, controls, or external devices. * Experience using AI tools to accelerate testing, automation development, documentation, and quality analysis. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows. Additional Information: * This is an onsite position. Candidates must be able to work in person at our East Peoria, Illinois office. Remote work is not available for this role. * Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check. * This is a full-time, salaried position. ## Description As a Software Quality Automation Engineer, you will help build and improve automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripts that support stronger product quality, more consistent validation, and faster release cycles.
