## Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Computer Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of computer hardware and software issues for our customers., * Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops.

 * Perform routine maintenance and system updates.
 * Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly.
 * Document repair processes and maintain accurate records.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (if applicable).
 * Provide technical support for business clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
 * Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
