This is not an administrative assistant position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and making technology work seamlessly behind the scenes. You'll manage the patient journey from the moment a lead comes in through long-term follow-up, ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience. What You'll Do * Manage and optimize our Go High Level CRM * Build and maintain automated patient workflows, campaigns, and nurture sequences * Monitor lead pipelines and ensure every inquiry receives timely follow-up * Create and improve landing pages, forms, surveys, calendars, and automations * Coordinate patient communications through email, text messaging, and phone * Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement * Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting * Support new program launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns * Work closely with our physician owner, nursing staff, and marketing partners * Assist with special projects that improve operational efficiency, * AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) * Canva * Zapier or workflow integrations * Medical spa, healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics experience Who You Are You love creating systems that make businesses run better.
