## About the Role

* Experience: 5+ years in a NOC, SOC, TechOps, or structured IT operations environment.
 * Core Protocols & Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, and authentication services (EntraID, OAuth).
 * Monitoring Tooling: Hands-on experience with observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, Datadog, Kentik, LogicMonitor) and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
 * Schedule & Location: 100% on-site in Scottsdale, AZ; able to work assigned shifts including weekends and scheduled holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Ticketing & Incident Tools: Experience with PagerDuty, Incident.io, Opsgenie, ServiceNow, or Jira.
 * Systems & Scripting: Linux fundamentals and basic Bash or Python scripting for operational tasks.
 * Certifications & Frameworks: ITIL framework familiarity; CompTIA Network+, Security+, or CCNA / JNCIA certifications.

## Description

This role serves as the first line of defense for a 24x7 Network Operations Center supporting live Robotaxi operations. You will provide continuous "eyes-on-glass" monitoring, triage real-time alerts, manage incidents, and collaborate with SRE teams to drive lasting system reliability., * Proactive Monitoring: Provide 24x7 monitoring of critical IT infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, databases, and authentication systems supporting live operations.

 * Incident Triage & Response: Act as primary responder to acknowledge, investigate, and triage system alerts using structured SLAs and incident lifecycles.
 * Escalation & Communication: Follow defined escalation pathways to route complex incidents to specialized engineering teams and participate in troubleshooting calls.
 * Documentation & Handoffs: Maintain thorough incident logs, produce shift handoff reports, and contribute to post-incident retrospective reviews.
