Strong background in leading data science teams and mentoring junior data scientists. * Experience developing and deploying Generative AI applications in high security contexts * 9+ years of experience in predictive analytics in languages like Python or Scala. * 9+ years of experience applying data science techniques, such as clustering analysis, anomaly detection, tree-based models, ensemble methods, neural networks * Experience tracking model performance through product development lifecycle. Experience using AI/ML pipeline management and tracking tools (MLFlow, DataBricks) * Proficiency with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and Big Data platforms (Hadoop/Spark). Including querying to extract data from multiple source systems. * Experience using natural language processing techniques, including Generative AI. * Preferred: Experience applying advanced analytics for fraud detection and prevention. * Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executives. * Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and estimate time requirements effectively.
