## About the Role

· Technical Sophistication: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, Word) and deep facility adapting to new Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.

· Professional Background: Proven experience in healthcare administration, health tech, or healthcare operations is required.

· Startup Agility: Proven ability to operate autonomously, problem-solve, and thrive in a flexible, fast-moving, evolving startup space.

· Mission Alignment: Highly motivated to serve and improve the lives of individuals living with dementia and their family caregivers.

· Schedule Availability: While the role offers a high degree of daily flexibility, you must have significant availability to collaborate and communicate in real-time during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

## Description

Healthspan Partners (HSP) is a rapidly growing, innovative multi-state telehealth dementia care model. We are seeking a technically sophisticated, highly organized professional to join our team in an administrative and operational role.

This is an exceptional opportunity to enter a fast-paced healthcare startup at an early phase. You will serve as the operational engine of our program, ensuring smooth workflow management while directly supporting our mission to transform care for families living with dementia. While formal clinical training is not required, a strong background in healthcare administration or operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Tracking & Management: Maintain meticulous project tracking logs and data sheets to monitor program scaling and performance metrics.

· Startup Support: Provide agile administrative support and execute other operational duties as assigned to keep pace with our rapid multi-state expansion.
