* Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support (idealerweise mit ITIL-Kenntnissen)

## Description

* Entgegennahme von Störungsmeldungen und Serviceanfragen als erste Anlaufstelle im IT-Support
 * Durchführung erster Fehleranalysen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Problemlösung
 * Weiterleitung komplexerer Anliegen an nachgelagerte Support-Einheiten
 * Unterstützung von Anwendern bei Fragen rund um IT-Systeme und Anwendungen, inkl. Bereitstellung verständlicher Anleitungen
 * Überwachung von Systemen zur frühzeitigen Identifikation technischer Störungen und aktive Informationsweitergabe
 * Pflege und Erweiterung von Wissenseinträgen in der internen Datenbank
