 * Dein Mindset: Du denkst in Workflows und weisst, wie man theoretische Sicherheitsrichtlinien in pragmatische, lebbare Prozesse ubersetzt.
 * Deine Kommunikationsstarke: Als diplomatischer Bruckenbauer moderierst du geschickt auf Augenhohe zwischen unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen; dabei verstehst du es, komplexe Richtlinien fur jede Zielgruppe verstandlich zu formulieren und diese sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch absolut verhandlungssicher und prazise zu vermitteln.
