 * Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
 * Strong communication and customer service skills

## Description

We are hiring an IT Support Technician to join a fast-paced support team providing hands-on technical assistance in a 24/7 operational environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting end users across a variety of hardware and software issues., * Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end users, including those working remotely

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
 * Respond to escalated incidents as well as support requests via phone, email, and chat
 * Monitor systems to ensure continuous IT support and quickly address any disruptions
 * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telephones
 * Perform PC imaging (Windows 10 required) and device setup
 * Assist with setup, testing, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment
 * Support hardware/software installations and answer routine technical questions
 * Contribute to ongoing IT projects and tasks while following established procedures
