This role is responsible for testing configurations, deploying, receiving, and shipping computer equipment and related hardware across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high standards for accuracy, and ensures all equipment is properly prepared and tracked., * 1-3 years of experience in IT hardware support, testing, or logistics. * Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System. * Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications. * Familiarity with basic networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting. * Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license (if local deliveries are required). Preferred Skills & Experience * Knowledge of IT asset management systems. * CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent. * Experience in a corporate or enterprise environment. * Familiarity with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, DHL portals).
