As a Principal Low-Level Rendering Programmer, you will help architect, implement, and steer the technical vision for our next-generation custom graphics engine. This role is focused on the foundational engine plumbing and Render Hardware Interface (RHI) layer. You will design and evolve a highly optimized, GPU-driven rendering pipeline, while building robust infrastructure for hardware-accelerated ray tracing and cross-platform shader compilation. Beyond high-level architecture, you will be responsible for the core performance, stability, and efficiency of the graphics systems. You will dive deep into GPU bottlenecks to eliminate pipeline stalls using GPU profiling tools. Finally, as a principal leader, you will upskill and mentor the wider rendering team in modern API paradigms and low-level debugging techniques, ensuring our engine maximizes hardware utilization across PC and next-generation consoles. ## Related Videos - [Writing truly cross plattform applications using flutter](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/456-writing-truly-cross-plattform-applications-using-flutter) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - Accessibility isn't magic, Longevity, Devrel in times of AI and more](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1730-wearedevelopers-live-accessibility-isn-t-magic-longevity-devrel-in-times-of-ai-and-more) - [CUDA Python: GPU programming for the modern developer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100221-cuda-python-gpu-programming-for-the-modern-developer) - [The weekly developer show: Boosting Python with CUDA, CSS Updates & Navigating New Tech Stacks](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1293-the-weekly-developer-show-boosting-python-with-cuda-css-updates-navigating-new-tech-stacks) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - "Fun and games - and all that comes with it", Back to BASIC & more](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1719-wearedevelopers-live-fun-and-games-and-all-that-comes-with-it-back-to-basic-more) - [Accelerating Python on GPUs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/859-accelerating-python-on-gpus) ## Related Articles - [What’s the Difference between a Junior, Mid, and Senior Developer?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/238-what-s-the-difference-between-a-junior-mid-and-senior-developer) - [Dev Digest 129 - Now that's what I call private data!](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/468-dev-digest-129-now-that-s-what-i-call-private-data) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 112 - The True Crime of AI Development](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/421-dev-digest-112-the-true-crime-of-ai-development) - [WWC24 Talk - Brenda Romero - Stay: Surviving and Thriving in Tech](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/467-wwc24-talk-brenda-romero-stay-surviving-and-thriving-in-tech)
