Apply today! ## Description You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the company's ERP system by: * Providing first-line support to system users and resolving support requests and where you cannot resolve you will triage and pass to 2nd line support * Managing support tickets through Freshservice and escalating more complex issues when required * Creating and maintaining user accounts and permissions * Processing and maintaining business-critical data within the ERP system * Supporting product and pricing updates * Assisting with software releases, testing and system improvements * Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure accurate data and excellent user support No previous QAD experience?
