## Description

Au sein de l'équipe support, vous assurez un accompagnement quotidien des utilisateurs et contribuez à garantir la disponibilité de leur environnement de travail.
À ce titre, vous serez amené à :
Assurer le support informatique de proximité auprès des utilisateurs.
Prendre en charge et résoudre les incidents et demandes de services de niveau 1 à 1+.
Offrir un accompagnement premium auprès des utilisateurs à forte visibilité.
Diagnostiquer les incidents matériels, logiciels et réseaux.
Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail et périphériques.
Préparer, déployer et renouveler les équipements informatiques.
Assurer le support des PC portables, stations d'accueil, écrans et accessoires.
Installer et dépanner les imprimantes bureautiques.
Accompagner les utilisateurs sur les outils Microsoft 365.
Gérer les comptes et habilitations utilisateurs.
Assurer le suivi et la résolution des tickets dans GLPI.
Documenter les interventions et mettre à jour la base de connaissances.
Participer à la gestion du parc informatique et au suivi des stocks.
Escalader les incidents complexes vers les équipes expertes lorsque nécessaire.
