We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Desktop Support Technician to join our client's IT team! In this role, you will be the hands on support for end-users seeking technical assistance, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and related hardware. Your enthusiasm for problem-solving and customer service will drive efficient resolution of technical issues, supporting our organization's productivity and technological excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on daily operations., * Provide prompt and effective technical support to users across various departments, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, operating systems (Windows and macOS), and software applications such as Microsoft Office.
 * Supporting IT equipment in a distribution center environment.
 * Manage computer hardware assets, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
 * Assist with network connectivity issues by configuring and troubleshooting LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and Wi-Fi connections.
 * Document all support activities thoroughly in ticketing systems while maintaining clear communication with end-users throughout the resolution process.
