## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience

 * Experience in application support or a similar role is a strong advantage
 * Understanding of fleet management software
 * Knowledge of database concepts and basic scripting is beneficial
 * Strong skills in Windows environments and Microsoft Office
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
 * Strong communication skills, able to translate technical information into clear user-friendly language
 * Able to work independently as well as within a team
 * Proactive, structured, accurate and committed to continuous learning
 * Calm, polite and efficient during busy or stressful moments
 * Eligible to obtain the legally required positive safety advice for critical port functions

## Description

Within this challenging role, you will play a key part in supporting, maintaining and improving business-critical applications that enable smooth, efficient and reliable operations across our organization.

Your role

 * Provide daily support to users of business applications, solving technical and functional issues to ensure smooth operations.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
 * Deliver training sessions for new and existing users.
 * Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, work instructions and standard procedures.
 * Analyse workflows and identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve the user experience.
 * Assist in testing, debugging and deploying new features, updates and system improvements.
 * Act as a liaison between end-users, business stakeholders and the IT department, ensuring clear communication on changes, issues and updates.
 * Coordinate with vendors and support partners for the escalation and follow-up of complex issues.
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes, knowledge sharing and service quality.
