This role is instrumental in leveraging the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, modernizing collaboration, enhancing productivity, managing compliance and security, and related merger and acquisition activities. The role continuously researches new Microsoft services and solutions that could drive business strategy, enhance business capabilities, create new business models and drive business innovation. The role works with all stakeholders to analyze business needs and works with IT teams such as Development, Security and Systems Administration, to ensure that the solutions meet stakeholder expectations. Examples of these solutions may include enterprise content management, client-facing portals, and custom business process workflows., Ensure Usage/Process Improvement/Maximization of Investment * Primary source of knowledge and architect for all Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
