## About the Role

· Interpersonal skills: such as communication skills, active listening and customer-centric support is required

Required:

· Associate in Technical Field with Min A+ Certification or Bachelors Degree in technical field.

· Must be able to pass Police Background Investigation / Police Live Scan (DOJ) and (FBI).

· Experience working in enterprise software and hardware (networking) support environment.

· Experience with Microsoft email provisioning and email troubleshooting

· Active Directory Provisioning experience

· Systems configuration experience

· Minimum 3 Years experience of Help Desk support/Enterprise Experience

· Experience with Microsoft email provisioning and email troubleshooting
· Excellent interpersonal skills: such as communication skills, active listening and customer centric support
· Must have a valid driver's license
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Live in the San Francisco Bay Area for easy access to work location

Desired:

· Experience with video synchronization for software with a Body Camera ecosystem and body camera hardware with network routing for video upload and retrieval.

· Experience with Audio Video streaming to storage systems in Microsoft Azure cloud space., * Technical Support/Help Desk: 3 years (Required)

## Description

Delta computer solutions, inc. www.deltacs.com is looking for Technical Support/Help Desk Consultants to assist us in maintaining the network and desktop infrastructure environment of the San Francisco Law Enforcement (San Francisco Police Department).

Duties:

· Performing desktop support duties including troubleshooting of applications and network issues.

· Experience with help desk support environment

· Maintain and support of network video synchronization cloud infrastructure

· Provision and troubleshoot active directory

· Install/Support Police Body Worn Cameras for break-fix and video streaming to cloud storage and synchronization ( Will Train )

· Support end-users with O365 email provisioning and email troubleshooting
