For this position, we also seek, * 3-5 years of experience in fundraising within the nonprofit sector or a related mission-driven organization. * Experience developing and implementing effective annual fundraising strategies with demonstrated success in securing charitable donations. * The ability to analyze data, translate findings into actionable strategies, and present data in ways that resonate with stakeholders and drive decision-making. * Comfort with and ability to engage with others in a large-group setting * Public-speaking experience * Proficiency in Excel or more advanced data-analysis tools * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Reliable transportation ## Description Fundraising & Strategy Implementation * Collaborate with the Executive Director and Dream Developer to develop and execute a comprehensive annual fundraising strategy to meet the organization's goals. * Implement annual fundraising objectives, work plans, calendars, and priorities in collaboration with the Dream Developer. * Lead the strategy for securing in-kind gifts, nurturing existing relationships, and securing new donors to support program contributions. * Create and manage an annual plan to strengthen relationships with current community donors and implement strategies to grow new supporters. * Assist with planning and implementing fundraising campaigns using marketing and communications strategies in partnership with the communications consultant. * Provide support in the planning, organization, and execution of our annual fundraising event. * Act as an ambassador for MVOB, engaging with outside constituents and stakeholders through public speaking and large-group engagement. * Assist with timely and personalized acknowledgment of all donations.
