## About the Role

*Exercise trouble-shooting skills and techniques

*Be self-motivated and willing to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision

*Multi-task, with the ability to stay organized despite frequent interruptions

*Demonstrate basic computer program skills (i.e. Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Excel skills are particularly important)
*Provide basic end-user training
This is a Day-Shift position (Fisrt shift 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM).

The schedule will consist of working seven 12-hour shifts over a 14 day pay period. (i.e. 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off)

We are seeking individuals who are not just looking for a job, but a learning experience that can develop into a career with our company, and life-long work skills., * High school or equivalent (Preferred), * Windows: 1 year (Preferred)

 * Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

The position will be responsible for supporting our clients and drivers via telephone, email, and remote control. Troubleshooting end-users issues, entering and managing data for our customers, running and analyzing reports, are a few of the many tasks involved in this position.
