We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and possess excellent problem-solving skills.  * Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
 * Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
 * Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
 * Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

## Description

* Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues
 * Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
 * Monitor and maintain the company's network and servers
 * Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and software
 * Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes
 * Manage user accounts and permissions
 * Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems
 * Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
 * Provide training and support to employees on new technology and systems
 * Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly
 * Assist with IT-related projects and initiatives as needed
