## About the Role

* Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
 * 2-3 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
 * Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
 * Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and VLANs.
 * Experience supporting Windows environments.
 * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data security.

## Description

Parallel Employment Group in partnership with a manufacturing customer in Buffalo, NY is seeking a motivated IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist to support and maintain our organization's technology environment. This role is responsible for desktop support, hardware and software management, network administration, Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory administration, system maintenance, and end-user support.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, improving infrastructure, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining secure and reliable IT operations.

Pay Rate $19-00 to $25.00
